DetailsThis head wrap is made of Authentic African Mud Cloth Fabric. You may receive a different design than the one shown but the same high quality. There are many ways to wear and tie it so you’ll be able to achieve the perfect look for you. It can also be
worn as a scarf, shawl, or sash.
No two pieces of mud cloth are exactly alike, the patterns vary from one piece to the next. They’re great for clothing, home decoration, crafts and other creative pursuits. African artisans hand-dye symbols into these fabrics in order to tell stories of their villages and African proverbs. Mudcloth has a long tradition of being used by West African warriors and hunters to camouflage themselves. Nowadays, people across the globe are wearing them to stand out and celebrate their connection to the African continent.
All mudcloth is individually hand spun, hand woven, and hand painted. Each piece is different.

It’s a beautiful scarf, and it would have been a five star review if it didn’t smell badly. I’m not even sure what the smell is, but my husband and son noticed it as soon as they can near me while wearing it. The seller should keep her products in an airtight bin to avoid this problem in the future. Will hand wash and hopefully get the smell out. Beautiful scarf otherwise.

Beautiful mudcloth; can be used in so many different ways; headwrap, scarf, sash, or to decorate your home furnishings. The design is elegant, and the size of the cloth makes it so versatile. Shipped quickly and Nubian Grace has a fine selection of mudcloth to choose from. I've purchased 4 in different colors/designs so far.

Cloth arrived earlier than expected. The size of the material is perfect. I intend to use it as a sash or scarf. The colors are bold and I love the design and texture.

I love the material. It looks just like the picture and is as advertised. It is not as large as other wraps but still makes a statement. I will by other products from this vendor.
