I really appreciate the seller/vendor making the purchase right (refunded for the necklace, with missing white tab and uneven closure, and I purchased another one that worked perfectly. Thanks so much.

I have purchased other similar items, and the workmanship seemed pretty good. However, for this item, the small white tip came loose from the necklace, during the first use. I reordered another, based on the price, but was slightly disappointed that the white tip came loose/off.
